Moisture before spin. Refractometer readings are logged with batch ID. Wet honey gets a different day than bottling—we do not rush sticky floors.

Room discipline. Closed shoes, tied hair, no phones over the uncapping tank. Hot wax and distracted thumbs do not mix.

Booking. Co-op members reserve two-hour blocks. Hobby guests rent supervised orientation slots; experienced guests sign a equipment checklist before touching the extractor.
